As the summer sun sets slowly towards Seattle you will find yourself and your friends paddling the Sammamish River  to the Red Hook Brewery. Dinner is your destination as you slowly unwind; paddling, talking, and relaxing. The air is filled with scent of ripened blackberries and the sounds of bikers and hikers on the nearby Trail, and natural wildflowers and foliage decorate the river banks. Geese, kingfishers and wrens fly overhead. This paddle will enchant, relax and prepare you for a fun evening out with family and friends! Whether you choose to dine at Redhook Brewery's Forecaster's Pub or one of the areas other excellent restaurants, we're sure that your time on the water will help to make this a special and memorable day.

Schedule and Logistics
Our 90-minute paddle adventure begins and ends at the Redhook Brewery in Woodinville, Washington. While this location is ideal for those who wish to have a meal or relax and enjoy the evening with friends, this is purely optional. Tours are offered on weekdays and weekends during the peak summer season - call 425-883-9039 to reserve your date! You will need to allow a total of 2.25 hours for this trip.

We've gone green!  In an effort to reduce traffic on the surface streets between Redmond and Woodinville, and to avoid the lengthy delays we were experiencing due to the road construction, round-a-bout installations, and winery events, we have eliminated the shuttle. We will meet you at our launch spot at the Redhook Brewery in Woodinville, then paddle towards Redmond, turn around, and paddle the return trip back to your vehicles and Redhook, enjoying the evening sounds and colors along the way. Our goal is to maximize your paddle time, and do what we can to keep your trip fun and simple.

Young Adventurers
Kids as young as 6 are welcome to participate in this relaxing adventure. We require 1 adult per child under the age of 12 to ensure that everyone has a relaxing and fun time on the water - this also limits the difficulties that can accompany navigating a kayak with young paddlers. All paddlers under the age of 18 must have a parent signature on their Liability Form. Please call us if you have questions or need a copy of the form sent to you. 425-883-9039

Bring a few friends and save! We'll discount your trip when you register a group of 6 at once. Bring a group of 12 and save even more! Just add the number of spaces you'll need to your cart and we'll calculate your discounted group rate.

The Redhook Brewery
Redhook's Forecaster's Pub offers an outstanding selection of dinner and drink options. For more information about the Brewery, its menu, or for reservations, please contact them directly at 425-483-3232 or visit their website http://www.redhook.com/. For those paddling with kids, minors ar welcome in the pub except after 9pm on Fridays and Saturday evenings (subject to change, contact the Brewery for details).

Redhook Brewery Tasting Tours

Brewery Tours cost $1 per person, run for 1 hour, and include up to five samples of beer. Guests also receive a souvenir tasting glass, a walk through the brewery, a Redhook history lesson and an explanation of how we brew our fine ales. Minors are welcome to attend. First come, first served. No reservations (tour times and info subject to change without notice).

This tour is available on weekends in May and September, and several days per week throughout the summer. All schedule updates will be posted to this page. Dates that are fully booked are shown on the calendar, but not the drop-down menu and cannot be added to your cart. When possible, we will open up additional trip times once the current availability is filled.

Please note that all trips have a minimum number of participants. If you register for a trip that does not yet have the required number of paddlers, we may be forced to reschedule your trip.
